| ¡¡¡¡Our company insists on technology innovation. It
tries hard to produce high quality products to meet customers' demands
based on advanced technology. Our company has introduced the most
advanced spinning equipment from foreign countries including: one
set of blowing-carding-drawing unit (1:14) and 14 sets of MK5D carding
machines from Britain, one set of (1:16) blowing-carding-drawing unit
and 16 sets of E62 combing machines from Switzerland as well as the
auxiliary RSB-D30 high-speed drawing frame, four sets of (960) AC288
OE spinning looms and 10 sets of AC388 full-auto bobbin winders from
Germany. The spinning frame adopts FA506A which takes lead in China.
The total technical arrangement of our blowing-carding-drawing unit,
combing assembly lines, OE spinning assembly lines and spinning assembly
lines has reached the international advanced level of the late 1990's.
Our company's annual production capacity is 6,000 tons of high-count
combing yarns and 5,500 tons of OE spinning yarns which indicates
that our company has great development potentiality.
